DBT Experiential Class and educational seminars for Korean professionals
are now offered with the new DBT skills contents.
DBT Korean Translation and DBT Education and Training
Dr. Yong Cho and DBT Center of Korea published the Korean version of Marsha Linehan’s second edition of DBT Skills Training manuals in 2018. All the translated DBT terminologies were clinically tried with Korean clients and their therapeutic validity and linguistic/cultural compatibility were confirmed with the clients who successfully completed DBT program.
We launched the new DBT Experiential Class for Professionals with the contents of the second edition of Dr. Linehan’s manuals. The purpose of DBT Korea educational program is to provide actual/clinical DBT experience for the professionals who would like to learn about DBT and to have a full DBT workshop training that is offered by Dr. Linehan’s training institute, Behavioral Tech.

새로운 전문가를 위한 DBT 클래스가
오랜 연구와 테스트 기간을 거쳐 런칭하였습니다.
DBT 주요 매뉴얼 출간과 DBT 전문가 교육 프로그램
DBT는 지난 25년간 감정조절 문제와, 대인관계 문제, 만성적 자살위기, 섭식장애, 중독 문제 등에 적용하여 그 치료효과가 검증된 과학적인 심리치료기법입니다.
초기에는 극단적인 감정조절의 문제와 만성적인 정서적 고통을 겪는 경계선 성격장애를 치료하기 위해 개발되었으나, 많은 임상연구를 통해 성인 뿐 아니라 청소년과 아동 그리고 가족을 치료하는 주요치료로써 세계적으로 많은 내담자들에게 도움을 주고 있습니다.
DBT는 개인 DBT 세션과 그룹 DBT 스킬훈련 클래스로 구성되어 있습니다. 약 1년간의 DBT 표준 치료 기간 동안 적극적으로 치료에 임한 경우, 약 70% 정도 증상완화가 된다는 연구 결과를 통해 치료효과가 입증되었습니다.
저희 DBT 센터 한국본부와 더트리그룹에서는 DBT 개발자인 마샤 리네한의 주요 저서로 2007년 출간된 [경계선 성격장애 치료를 위한 다이어렉티컬 행동치료 매뉴얼] 번역서를 한국에서 출간하였습니다. 이후 지난 2014년부터 DBT 치료의 주요 매뉴얼의 개정판인 [DBT 다이어렉티컬 행동치료 워크북 제2판], [전문가를 위한 DBT 다이어렉티컬 행동치료 제2판]과 [청소년을 위한 DBT 다이어렉티컬 행동치료]를 번역 출간하였습니다.
20여년간의 많은 임상 경험을 바탕으로 방대한 양의 DBT 주요 매뉴얼 3권을 번역하고 임상시험 적용을 완료하여 출간함으로써 DBT를 필요로 하는 많은 내담자와 그 가족들에게 도움을 드리고 있습니다.
이러한 과학적 임상적용을 통한 검증을 바탕으로 리네한 박사께서 권유한 한국의 전문가들을 위한 DBT Experiential Class 및 세미나, 또 미국 시애틀 교육기관과 함께하는 워크숍 등을 새롭게 런칭합니다.
