Laurence Y. Katz, M.D., FRCPC is Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. He received his medical and adult psychiatric training at the University of Manitoba and his child and adolescent psychiatry training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx N.Y. While in New York he was trained in DBT by Dr. Alec Miller. Dr. Katz is a senior DBT trainer for Behavioral Tech, LLC in Seattle Washington. He is widely published and holds and has held numerous grants from CIHR, PHAC, HSC Foundation and others, in the areas of DBT, suicide, suicidal behavior, psychiatric epidemiology and intervention implementation in health care systems across the country and remote First Nations communities.

If you cancel mid-series, refunds will be prorated based on the regular (non-discounted) rate. In the unlikely event that the program itself is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
